  • Support and present projects, research, or operational activities to Senior Leaders
  • Participate in mentorship, networking, volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and social events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027
  • Pursuing a college degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial statements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability for in-person and virtual interviews
  • Availability for in-person orientation with Human Resources
  • Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint
  • Ability to participate in a full-time position of 40 hours per week from the first week of June through early to mid-August
  • Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States without requiring current or future work visa sponsorship
