About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise and safeguard accounts payable/receivable and banking activities
Collaborate with internal teams and the Shared Services Center
Ensure the reliability of accounting transactions
Analyze aging reports
Contribute to monitoring DSO, DPO, and banking data
Support the ERP migration by providing subject-matter expertise
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Participate in optimizing processes, tools, and ways of working
Serve as an operational point of contact for the teams
Contribute to building a high-performing accounting function

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or professional training in finance or accounting
At least 10 years of experience in accounting roles
Ideally, experience in a multi-entity or transformation environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Comfortable using accounting tools and ERP systems, particularly Dynamics and Oracle
Professional proficiency in English
Attention to detail, reliability, and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize in a demanding environment
Ability to collaborate across different business functions
Autonomy and strong organizational skills
