About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the development, consolidation, and updating of the project master schedule and detailed schedules
- Participate in coordinating interfaces between the various work packages, contractors, project management teams, and client representatives
- Prepare and facilitate OPC-IC coordination meetings with support from the Project Manager
- Draft meeting minutes and track action items
- Identify areas requiring attention, constraints, risks of schedule slippage, and interface conflicts
- Contribute to defining corrective measures
- Update dashboards, progress indicators, and reporting materials for the client and project team
- Participate in operational site monitoring, progress control, and reporting deviations from the schedule
- Contribute to producing notes, analyses, phasing plans, and summary documents in French and English
- Collaborate with international stakeholders and participate in project discussions in English
- Work as part of the project team on a Data Center project with significant technical, operational, and international challenges
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, building and construction, civil engineering, construction, project management, or an equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, construction supervision, OPC, owner's representation (AMO), or coordination of complex projects
- Strong interest in technically demanding environments
- Knowledge of Data Center projects is an advantage
- Good command of planning and reporting tools
- Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus
- Professional proficiency in French, both spoken and written
- Fluent English is essential, both spoken and written
- Ability to analyze multiple sources of information, structure reliable deliverables, and meet deadlines
- Rigor, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Analytical mindset, curiosity, and ability to propose solutions
- Responsiveness, growing autonomy, and a strong team spirit
