About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Working with clients and project teams to solve complex engineering challenges and deliver practical solutions
- Guiding and connecting customers with the right experts inside and outside the company
- Providing technical guidance and coordinating project delivery
- Playing an active role in business development and strategic collaborations
- Exploring new energy markets
- Entering into dialogue with customers, identifying issues, and formulating and organizing appropriate solutions
- Switching between engineers, stakeholders, and external partners to structure projects and ensure successful delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- A completed education in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a similar technical direction (HBO, WO is a plus)
- At least 3 years of experience as a project engineer, preferably within the medium voltage sector (DSOs)
- Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- The ability to work independently and lead small projects
- Fluent command of Dutch and English
