About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of clients, servers, and networks for business customers in Northwest Mecklenburg
Contribute to first- and second-level support, including receiving, analyzing, and resolving incidents and service requests
Set up and replace hardware such as laptops, monitors, printers, and mobile devices
Support Microsoft environments, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
Assist with server migrations, rollouts, and backup and security solutions
Document IT systems, solutions, and standards to drive continuous improvement
Work closely with the team to ensure customers’ IT environments are stable, modern, and secure

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in IT, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, or comparable practical experience
Initial professional experience in IT support or managing customer IT environments
Confident handling of hardware, Windows operating systems, and common standard software
Very good German language skills
Solid English skills for day-to-day IT work
Structured and detail-oriented approach
Calm, solutions-oriented communication with customers
Flexibility regarding working hours
Willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours or participate in on-call duties
