About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and deliver challenging projects in ventilation, indoor air quality and ventilation systems, air conditioning, and refrigeration
- Independently manage HOAI service phases 1 through 9
- Develop technical concepts and sustainable solutions for modern building services engineering
- Design ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in compliance with current standards and guidelines
- Advise and support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Coordinate project stakeholders and represent the client’s interests when liaising with external partners
- Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to deadlines throughout projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed degree in building services engineering, building systems engineering, energy and building services engineering, or a comparable field
- Alternatively, further training as a state-certified technician or master craftsperson (m/f/d), specializing in ventilation, air conditioning, or refrigeration technology
- Professional experience in the design and implementation of ventilation, air conditioning, or refrigeration systems
- Good knowledge of HOAI and relevant standards, guidelines, and technical regulations
- Experience in technical building services (TGA)
- Confident manner with excellent communication and consulting skills
- Strong negotiation skills, cost awareness, and commercial acumen
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a high commitment to quality
- Willingness to travel, depending on project requirements, is an advantage
