  • Supervises and coordinates activities and employees of the ambulatory office
  • Supervises and coordinates patient care activities within the ambulatory office
  • Provides daily supervision to staff to ensure prompt and courteous service
  • Monitors daily operations and adherence to administrative and departmental policies and procedures

  • Maintains operational knowledge and provides staffing support as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date
  • Three (3) years of health care experience
  • Ability to assist patients and move equipment and supplies
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, push carts, and position patients, less than 50% of work time
  • May require bending and stretching movements
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills
