About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect multifaceted data and analyze information to make recommendations that drive decision-making
  • Conduct patient chart reviews, aggregate data, analyze trends, recommend alternative courses of action, and measure outcomes
  • Collect and analyze data required to maintain certifications and optimize reimbursement
  • Support development and implementation of patient safety and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collect, aggregate, analyze, interpret, track, and validate data
  • Proficiency in required data abstraction tools
  • Ability to work in office and hospital settings
  • Ability to meet physical demands including frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and grasping
