About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI applications and services using Python and Microsoft Azure
- Build and maintain cloud-native AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and CI/CD pipelines
- Develop and integrate AI/ML and LLM-powered solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources
- Work with Generative AI technologies, including Azure OpenAI, RAG architectures, and AI agents, depending on project requirements
- Contribute to deployment, monitoring, security, and performance optimization of AI applications in production
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and platform teams to deliver reliable and scalable AI solutions
- Apply software engineering best practices to ensure code quality, maintainability, and system reliability
- Support enterprise organizations in adopting Agentic AI solutions and deliver tailored solutions for industry-leading clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or related technical roles, including hands-on AI/ML engineering experience
- Strong Python programming skills and experience developing production-grade applications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Experience developing, integrating, or deploying AI/ML solutions in real-world environments
- Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI technologies
- Experience with REST APIs, backend development, and modern software architectures
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and production deployment practices
- Understanding of scalable, secure, and reliable cloud architectures
- Experience with modern AI technologies and architectures, such as RAG, vector databases, Azure AI Search, or AI agents
- Familiarity with AI deployment and operational practices, including MLOps/LLMOps, infrastructure automation, or monitoring and observability
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen (nice to have)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Bicep (nice to have)
- Knowledge of AI security, evaluation, guardrails, and performance optimization (nice to have)
