About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into ControllerView configurations
- Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of AXIOM regulatory reporting solutions
- Analyze and optimize data flows, transformations, and reporting processes
- Perform data mapping, reconciliation, and data-quality validation
- Support regulatory report generation and exception-management processes
- Participate in business-process modeling and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and technology teams
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and reporting standards
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and data quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven commercial experience with AxiomSL experience as an Implementation Consultant, Configurator, Business Analyst, or in a related role
- Experience implementing regulatory reporting solutions or delivering localized customizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with data-analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with business-process modeling and documentation tools
- Advanced English proficiency
- Intermediate Spanish proficiency is considered a plus
- Hands-on experience with ControllerView
- Knowledge of data models and metadata management
- Experience developing rules and configuring workflows
- Knowledge of data mapping and transformation
- Understanding of data lineage and data-quality controls
- Experience with reconciliation processes
- Knowledge of regulatory report generation and exception management
- Strong understanding of data-management concepts, including SQL fundamentals, database design, ETL processes, data-quality management, and data reconciliation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
