About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support clients in establishing agile and collaborative working practices
- Advise clients on suitable Atlassian products for collaboration and work processes
- Analyse and specify business requirements, processes and concepts
- Create solution designs
- Build collaborative intranets based on Confluence, including digital workplaces
- Configure Jira workflows to digitise and automate business processes
- Manage projects
- Coordinate the internal development team to extend Atlassian tools with apps and macros
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing project experience
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding and improving processes and systems
- Strong service and customer orientation
- High quality awareness, dedication and an independent working style
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
- Fluency in English and German
- Atlassian certification or an interest in obtaining one is an advantage
- Several years of practical administration experience with Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian tools such as Bitbucket and Bamboo
- Experience managing projects independently
