About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive value and rigour into the roadmap for the OneView product
- Set clear priorities and desired outcomes for sprint planning, backlog refinement and reviews
- Resolve product blockers through timely scope and priority decisions
- Clarify stakeholder needs and document recurring product issues
- Act as Scrum Master, leading ceremonies and coaching on good practices
- Define and interpret product and delivery measures, including adoption, value, completion and quality
- Use evidence to adjust priorities
- Communicate product direction, priorities, requirements and dependencies across teams
- Maintain a transparent roadmap and ordered backlog
- Manage product documentation, decision records and stakeholder updates
- Own a designated part of the Platform roadmap tied to defined business outcomes
- Translate company objectives, customer needs and commercial priorities into product strategy, roadmap and measurable outcomes
- Support the Director of Platform with product planning, cross-team coordination, forecasting and reporting
- Resolve competing product priorities and cross-team dependencies, making or recommending trade-offs based on value, risk and evidence
- Own backlog prioritisation, requirement clarity, acceptance criteria and forward product planning
- Develop and embed proportionate product discovery, prioritisation and decision-making practices as the business scales
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience as a Product Manager, ideally within a data-rich, analytics product
- Business awareness and ability to understand how work supports wider company goals
- Strong communication skills for explaining ideas and reasoning clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience of multiple software delivery models
- Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to step outside a fixed remit
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, analytical approach, and keen eye for inconsistencies
- Passion for social impact and enthusiasm for Xantura’s mission
- Experience coaching teams through change, transformation and improvement
- Experience working within an Agentic SDLC environment would be a plus
- PM and Scrum certifications are welcome but not essential
- Ability to work from the London (Borough) office at least 1–2 days per week
- Willingness to travel for on-site client engagements as needed
