About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the successful delivery of one of Xantura’s most complex or strategically important programmes
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance across multiple projects or workstreams led by team members
  • Manage outcomes, scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies
  • Work with client leaders and frontline teams to build engagement and readiness and support adoption of new tools, insights and ways of working
  • Maintain delivery health across projects and act as a senior escalation point
  • Drive client adoption, operational improvement and benefits realisation
  • Own strategic client accounts and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Lead account plans connecting current delivery with clients’ longer-term priorities and Xantura’s strategic objectives
  • Support contract renewals, account growth opportunities and strategic commercial discussions
  • Line manage and develop 2–4 Project Managers through objectives, feedback and coaching
  • Support project management, consulting, stakeholder management and change management capability development
  • Support prioritisation and resource allocation across the team
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive and high-performing culture
  • Balance direct project delivery, account leadership, team management and wider pod oversight
  • Apply delivery standards, governance processes and reporting expectations
  • Identify and address cross-project risks, dependencies and resourcing pressures
  • Share lessons learned and improve delivery methods across Business Consulting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-7 years' experience delivering complex projects, programmes or consulting engagements
  • Significant experience managing large-scale transformation or technology-enabled change programmes
  • Excellent project and programme management skills, with a proven ability to manage complexity and competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior client leaders
  • Experience in line managing and developing colleagues, and building a high performing team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity confidently
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to balance delivery, people management and account leadership responsibilities
  • A passion for social impact and a desire to improve outcomes through data and technology
  • Experience working within, or consulting to, the public sector
  • Experience managing strategic accounts or client portfolios
  • Familiarity with privacy, information governance and data-sharing programmes
  • Experience working in a high-growth technology or consulting environment
  • Ability to work from the London office at least 1-2 days per week
  • Availability for travel to on-site client engagements as needed
