Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise software applications
Develop full-stack applications using ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, Java, Python, and other modern technologies
Design, optimize, and maintain relational database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, and other enterprise databases
Develop and maintain applications leveraging SharePoint and ServiceNow
Build, deploy, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
Develop cloud-ready and containerized applications using Docker and container orchestration platforms
Create and maintain Dockerfiles and Infrastructure as Code components
Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines
Configure and maintain self-hosted artifact repositories
Apply secure coding standards, vulnerability remediation, code scanning, and software supply chain security
Collaborate with DevSecOps engineers, system administrators, architects, cybersecurity personnel, and product owners
Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, design sessions, and technical planning
Troubleshoot complex software, database, and integration issues
Develop automated unit, integration, regression, and performance tests
Produce technical, system design, API, and operational documentation
Mentor junior developers and promote software engineering best practices
Support Agile methodologies including Scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Top Secret security clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
7+ years of professional software development experience designing and developing enterprise applications
Security+ (Sec+) or IAT Level II certification equivalent
Extensive experience with ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, Java, and Python
Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, database design, query optimization, stored procedures, and data modeling
Experience with SharePoint and/or ServiceNow
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and enterprise web services
Experience with Docker, Dockerfiles, and containerized environments
Experience supporting microservices-based architectures
Experience implementing SSDLC and DevSecOps practices
Experience configuring and maintaining Artifactory, Nexus Repository, NuGet, or similar artifact repositories
Experience with Git and CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines
Understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and software architecture principles
Experience with code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and application optimization
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
