About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop full-stack software solutions using C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and PL/SQL
Apply design patterns and secure software development practices
Debug, optimize, and performance-tune front-end and back-end code
Work with Oracle databases
Apply UI/UX design principles
Use source control and follow SDLC principles
Work remotely with occasional on-site work at RKB in Quantico

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience
Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
Active certification in DOD 8570/8140 IAT Level II or III
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Expertise with C# and the .NET Framework
Expertise with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Expertise in debugging, optimizing, and performance tuning front-end and back-end code, including SQL and PL/SQL
Understanding of design patterns and secure software development
Experience with Oracle Databases
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
Familiarity with source control software such as Git
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles
Preferred: experience with Kendo/Telerik controls
Preferred: familiarity with Scrum/Agile practices
Preferred: expertise with ASP.NET MVC
Preferred: experience with System.Web-based identity concepts, including session management and X509-derived claims
