About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and guide participants throughout the practice-oriented training sessions for the duration of the continuing education program
Deliver online classroom instruction for the continuing education programs in Quantitative Investment Analysis & Portfolio Management, Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Database Management & Data Analytics
Answer subject-matter questions and support participants in their learning progress
Provide feedback on learning progress and formulate constructive, subject-specific feedback
Contribute your own ideas and subject-matter expertise to the ongoing development of the training content
Teach concepts, methods, techniques, and tools for financial market analysis, machine learning, data visualization, and databases
Support participants in connecting the skills they acquire with labor market requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in business, information, or engineering sciences, or a comparable field
Experience as a teacher, research associate, trainer, or lecturer
Strong knowledge of quantitative finance, data science, and business intelligence
Strong knowledge of Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Jupyter Notebook, SQL, MySQL, Power BI, and Tableau
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
Strong methodological skills for delivering practice-oriented assignments effectively and supporting participants
Excellent teaching skills and experience designing interactive learning formats
Fluent written and spoken German and English
