Key responsibilities & impact

Support the creation, preparation, and maintenance of digital content for learning, websites, and social media
Conduct quality and completeness checks, and optimize and standardize content
Support the maintenance of digital platforms and tools, such as SharePoint, LearnUpon, and WordPress
Support social media activities, including preparing and publishing content, maintaining editorial calendars, and handling reviews and reactions
Create and design presentations, graphics, and visual materials for various digital channels and formats
Contribute to a wide range of digital and organizational projects
Use AI tools to efficiently create, prepare, and further develop content
Support the team with digital content, learning, and communications projects
Contribute your own ideas and help shape processes and innovations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled as a student and at least in your third semester
Ideally pursuing a degree in design, media, visual communication, marketing, or a comparable field
Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint
Interest in and enthusiasm for using ChatGPT and other AI tools in day-to-day work
Strong technical understanding and digital affinity
Quick learner with the ability and enthusiasm to become familiar with new tools
Structured, reliable, and independent working style
Team-oriented and creative
Fluent in German and English
Willingness to work 20–40 hours per week
Motivated and eager to learn
