About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain full-stack applications using React, Kotlin, Python, and modern web technologies
- Develop backend services and frontend Single Page Applications
- Design, build, and maintain APIs and integrations
- Work with cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code
- Apply automated testing, code review, CI/CD, and modern software quality practices
- Monitor and troubleshoot production and application issues
- Work with microservices architecture
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and engineering teams in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban
- Participate in the recruitment process of CV review, HR call, interviews, client interview, and decision
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior-level full-stack development experience with a modern web technology stack
- Strong backend experience with a server-side language, preferably JVM-based
- Professional experience building Single Page Applications, preferably with React and TypeScript
- Strong frontend development skills, including HTML, CSS, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs and integrations
- Good understanding of software engineering principles, including SOLID, DRY, and data/ER modelling
- Experience with automated testing, code review, and modern software quality practices
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools and troubleshooting production/application issues
- Experience with CI/CD practices
- Experience with build and version control tools such as Maven and Git/GitHub
- Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira
- Good knowledge of Python and Kotlin
- Experience working with microservices architecture
- Practical experience with React and modern JavaScript
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Understanding of REST API design and consumption
- Hands-on experience working with JSON
- Willingness to work on both backend and frontend development
- Ability to switch quickly between different technology areas
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required
