About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, manage and develop the Product & Delivery team, setting priorities, objectives and performance expectations
  • Own the product roadmap for the Evident registry platform and wider service offering
  • Lead EAC product code development, process development, accreditations, and related business and service work
  • Act as a senior point of contact for existing clients and resolve issues and requests
  • Lead onboarding of new clients, platform operators and labelling authorities
  • Work with the I-TRACK Foundation to accredit and test clients, operators, authorities and services
  • Plan and execute registry-client initiatives, including new markets, EAC product codes, registry services, specifications and delivery
  • Develop business ideas into actionable proposals and feature requests
  • Collaborate with clients, commercial/product peers, architecture and technical teams
  • Document functional and nonfunctional product requirements
  • Lead engineering efforts from project inception and client workshops through status reports, UAT and go-live
  • Evaluate product portfolio sequencing and business opportunities
  • Establish initiative success metrics and align cross-functional teams
  • Maintain working knowledge of IT systems and connections
  • Champion agile methodology and tools for product specification, UI/UX design and project management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years as a product manager, preferably in a SaaS offering and/or the environmental, carbon, IREC or ESG market spaces
  • Strong understanding of environmental commodity markets and EAC frameworks (e.g. I-REC, GOs, RECs, carbon), including the roles of issuers, registrants, platform operators and labelling authorities
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams
  • Proven track record of portfolio delivery, 20MM++
  • Experience in an IT role is a plus
  • Exceptional communications skills and client presence in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and results oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technology and business partners, and to lead compromises between the two
  • Ability to lead a portfolio of projects to success
  • Ability to create user journeys, user stories, wireframes, and basic diagrams to convey ideas
  • Forge trusted partnerships across the organization
