About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and/or maintain supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed
Manage and supervise the product lifecycle from creation through customer delivery
Understand and coordinate production, manufacturing, and distribution processes
Efficiently source raw materials and optimize efficiency and product costs
Coordinate activities across teams to deliver products to customers on time
Manage suppliers daily
Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps
Balance cost management and business growth, including preparing and submitting reports
Manage communications and negotiations with suppliers
Prepare long-term schedules to maintain sufficient stock and meet demand

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep understanding and experience in practices of supply chain management
10 or more years of experience in manufacturing in a leadership role
4 or more years of experience in supply chain management in a semiconductor company
Experience and familiarity collaborating with major semiconductor industry companies, including TSMC, ASE, and Amkor, lead test houses, and qualification labs
Great written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
BSEE / MSEE or BS/MS in industrial engineering
