About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Drive adoption and incremental revenue growth
  • Balance multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain knowledge of mobile advertising, the rewarded ecosystem, and app monetization models
  • Diagnose partner performance drops, integration bugs, and revenue anomalies
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, diagnose challenges, and recommend optimization strategies
  • Own ambiguous, cross-functional problems end-to-end with product, engineering, and operations teams
  • Anticipate downstream issues and proactively flag risks
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with senior and executive stakeholders at publisher partners
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level business reviews, business cases, and growth roadmaps
  • Translate complex data and problem resolutions into actionable business outcomes
  • Represent Xsolla in renewals, escalations, and strategic planning conversations
  • Collaborate with internal product, operations, and technical teams to implement partner requirements and resolve blockers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in digital media, mobile advertising, programmatic, or related SaaS/AdTech account management, sales, or business development
  • Demonstrated ability to grow client portfolios, negotiate partnerships, and achieve or exceed revenue targets
  • Structured approach to ambiguity and ability to break down undefined problems into testable pieces
  • Track record of resolving complex, cross-functional issues independently
  • Ability to interpret data sets and KPIs such as CPM, CTR, LTV, retention, and ARPU
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation ability
  • Experience managing strategic relationships with VP or C-level contacts
  • Experience leading executive business reviews and high-stakes partner conversations
  • Proven success working with product, operations, and technical teams
  • Understanding of mobile ecosystems, rewarded ads, ad monetization strategies, and performance marketing models
  • Proficiency in productivity and analytics tools such as Google Sheets, BI dashboards, CRM platforms, and presentation software
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset
  • Must reside in the United States
