About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and coordinate all construction-related material activities for network projects
Ensure Bill of Materials requirements are accurately tracked, ordered, and delivered
Ensure materials are available to support field construction activities and site readiness milestones
Work closely with construction managers, engineering teams, vendors, warehouses, and construction partners
Proactively mitigate risks so material availability does not impact project timelines
Use Excel and tracking systems to manage logistics data and project reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience overseeing materials within a construction or engineering environment
Strong tracking, delivery management, and supply chain coordination skills
Direct experience interpreting and managing complex Bills of Materials
Technical understanding or background in telecom network deployments
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines across multiple stakeholders
Advanced Microsoft Excel reporting skills
Experience with One Vision or similar data management tools is highly preferred
Occasional off-hours support may be required
Minimal travel required, generally less than 10%
