About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run requirements and process workshops with German-speaking business users in German
  • Produce fit-gap analysis covering configuration, customization, and business process changes
  • Write target processes and solution designs for the delivery team
  • Defend solution designs with business stakeholders
  • Guide the business through testing and sign-off
  • Support stakeholders into live use
  • Report findings, risks, and options to the programme in English
  • Act as the business-facing link between business stakeholders and the delivery team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6 to 7 years of experience with D365 Customer Engagement or Dynamics CRM delivered as a functional consultant or business analyst
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or both
  • Discovery and fit gap work as a named deliverable, with written work demonstrating it
  • Fluent German, sufficient to run workshops and write designs
  • Fluent English
  • Comfortable working remotely with business stakeholders not met in person
  • Must be based in the UK or Europe
  • Right to work where based
  • Contract through Yadimen Consulting Limited
