About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform senior-level financial analysis focused on collections
- Issue invoices and tax receipts
- Support financial period-end closing activities
- Manage collections and credit management activities
- Work with financial systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms
- Apply knowledge of U.S. banking operations
- Meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Negotiate and resolve conflicts while working independently
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field; candidates currently pursuing a degree in one of these areas may also be considered
- Experience issuing invoices and tax receipts
- At least 5 years of experience in collections or credit management, including at least 2 years in a senior analyst role
- Hands-on experience supporting financial period-end closing activities
- Strong results orientation and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and able to execute tasks independently
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms
- Knowledge of U.S. banking operations
- Advanced English proficiency, assessed during the interview
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Autonomy and a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines
