About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform administrative billing routines, including issuing, recording, and verifying invoices and tax documents
  • Monitor daily loading activities with service providers and ensure the loading and billing of scheduled vehicles
  • Update the unit’s performance KPIs
  • Monitor and analyze cycle counts and material disposition
  • Forward and update labels used in product manufacturing
  • Verify book inventory daily
  • Perform the monthly reconciliation of third-party book inventory
  • Create and close monthly production orders and create POs for manufactured products
  • Manage the processing of purchase orders for raw materials and supplies
  • Monitor material consumption and critical inventory levels, ensuring supply continuity
  • Provide service and support to the Customer Service team
  • Follow HESQ procedures, ensuring workplace safety

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, and/or Engineering
  • Knowledge of supply chain management, production processes, and company-operated and outsourced operations
  • Knowledge of logistics, including imports, procurement, warehousing, production, shipping, and transportation
  • Basic knowledge of tax legislation, management systems, import processes, and port operations
  • Basic English proficiency
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Collaborative mindset, ownership, initiative, curiosity, accountability, and respect for differences
