About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and evolve the organization’s process and project strategy
Lead transformation, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives
Identify and prioritize opportunities based on business value
Establish and maintain process governance and project portfolio governance
Conduct end-to-end mapping, analysis, and redesign of critical processes
Ensure alignment among processes, strategy, and corporate objectives
Serve as a methodological reference for BPMN, project management, and organizational change
Facilitate decision-making with leadership and key stakeholders
Define, monitor, and report performance and results indicators
Support the implementation of automation and digital solutions
Promote knowledge management and the standardization of practices
Develop and train teams in processes, projects, and continuous improvement
Connect the company’s strategy to the project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives with the greatest business impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Processes, Projects, Operations, or related areas
Advanced knowledge of continuous improvement and Lean
Knowledge of process governance and performance management
Proficiency in project management methodologies
Knowledge of process automation and digital transformation
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Advanced English proficiency
