About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyse customer requirements and classify them as standard functionality, a customer-specific solution, or a product requirement
Develop technically feasible solution concepts for customer-specific requirements
Visualise solutions using mockups, process flows, integration diagrams, and demo scenarios
Collaborate with Product Owners and UX to contribute product requirements to ongoing product development
Support the Sales team with pitches, workshops, and RFPs
Ensure a structured handover of customer solutions to Product Owners, Implementation Management, and the Integration team
Document scope, processes, integrations, and outstanding items
Support project kick-offs and clarify requirements and open issues
Support the implementation as a technical and functional point of contact
Ensure the functional and technical consistency of the customer solution
Prepare for and support the go-live from a technical perspective
Identify recurring customer requirements and emerging market needs
Provide structured input to the product discovery process
Work with Product Owners and the CTO on prioritisation and roadmap development
Develop relevant use cases and high-level solution approaches
Maintain ongoing coordination with global product teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales Engineering, Business or Technical Consulting, or a comparable role
Strong technical understanding, particularly of APIs, data flows, integrations, and modern SaaS architectures
Ability to quickly understand complex requirements and visualise them clearly
Experience visualising processes and technical solution concepts using tools such as Miro or Lucidchart
Solution- and product-oriented mindset, with the ability to distinguish customer-specific requirements from scalable product needs
Confident presence in customer meetings and workshops
Structured working style, a high degree of ownership, and a strong sense of responsibility
Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills
Experience in the real estate or housing industry, or in the PropTech sector, is an advantage
Experience with ERP systems and their integration, ideally in the SAP and/or Aareon environment, is an advantage
Experience collaborating with agile product and development teams is an advantage
