About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions
Ensure solutions align with business requirements, best practices, and industry standards
Create and maintain comprehensive functional and technical solution documentation
Gather and analyze requirements through stakeholder workshops and business-user meetings
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Oversee development and deployment of customizations, integrations, and extensions
Guide development teams on design specifications and coding standards
Conduct code reviews and quality assurance checks
Coordinate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
Manage the full Dynamics 365 F&SCM solution lifecycle from design to deployment and ongoing support
Monitor system performance and optimize scalability
Plan and execute upgrades and enhancements with minimal business disruption
Lead and manage developers, functional consultants, and technical architects
Collaborate with solution architects, consultants, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth
Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery through planning, resource management, and progress monitoring

Requirements

What you’ll need

8-12 years of experience
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM)
Experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions
Experience leading F&SCM Developers, Functional Consultants, and Technical Architects
Ability to gather and analyze business requirements
Ability to define functional and technical specifications
Experience overseeing customizations, integrations, and extensions
Knowledge of solution architecture, design documentation, diagrams, flowcharts, and technical specifications
Experience with code reviews and quality assurance checks
Experience coordinating unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
Experience managing the full solution lifecycle from design through deployment and support
Ability to monitor and optimize system performance and scalability
Experience planning and executing system upgrades and enhancements
