About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop AI Agents and copilots for Oracle Fusion processes
Build reusable accelerators, templates, and differentiators
Integrate Oracle Fusion with OCI AI services and OIC
Develop POCs, demos, and industry solutions
Support innovation initiatives around Oracle AI and Generative AI
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively support resolution
Collaborate and integrate work with other teams
Engage in executive customer discovery and drive long-term customer relationships
Communicate and present complex ideas, information, and data to internal and external stakeholders
Drive challenging and differentiated opportunities and motivate team members
Resolve conflicts by balancing stakeholder business interests

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-4 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud technical experience, with exposure to ERP, HCM or SCM
Oracle Fusion functional/technical exposure
Hands-on AI Agent development experience
Strong API and integration knowledge
Oracle AI Agent Studio / Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA)
OCI Generative AI Services
Prompt Engineering and Generative AI concepts
Python or Java
SQL/PLSQL, JSON, REST APIs
Git/Azure DevOps
RAG and Agentic AI concepts preferred
Oracle Visual Builder / APEX preferred
Multi-agent AI architectures preferred
Experience building reusable accelerators and AI copilots preferred
Oracle AI Foundations Associate certification preferred
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Generative AI Professional certification preferred
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate certification preferred
