About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and support Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including EPBCS, FCCS, and ARCS
Create business rules, calculations, forms, reports, and dashboards
Develop automation scripts using EPM Automate and Groovy
Build reusable accelerators and best-practice solutions
Support integrations, data loads, and reconciliation processes
Participate in enhancements, testing, deployment, and user support
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively support resolution
Collaborate with teams and integrate work across teams
Engage in customer discovery and support long-term customer relationships
Communicate and present complex ideas, information, and data to stakeholders
Drive results, resolve conflicts, and support successful project delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud implementation/support experience
Hands-on experience with EPBCS, FCCS, and ARCS
Experience with planning forms, dashboards, business rules, and calculation scripts
Experience with Data Management (FDMEE/Data Integration)
Experience with Smart View reporting
Experience with EPM Automate
Groovy scripting in EPM
Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reconciliation processes
SQL and data integration concepts
Strong hands-on EPM Cloud development experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Strong ownership and accountability mindset
Oracle EPM Cloud certification preferred
Preferred knowledge of EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, OCI/cloud integration, REST APIs, automation frameworks, Essbase calculations and optimization, reusable accelerators/templates/utilities, and financial close and management reporting processes
Preferred Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle ARCS, Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Professional, or Oracle Essbase certifications
