About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and work on SAP ABAP Finance objects for manufacturing clients
- Cover business functions and integration points with other SAP modules
- Develop RICEF objects, especially FI objects
- Work with S/4, CDS, Module Pools, classical ABAP, and OO-ABAP
- Support SAP integrations and data-flow processes between modules
- Contribute to SAP upgrades, migrations, and S/4 conversions
- Apply SAP best practices and clean-core extensibility
- Participate in implementation, upgrade, support, and enhancement projects
- Contribute as a member of an Agile scrum team
- Explore automations, SAP BTP, SAP Joule, and AI-enabled SAP capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum experience 5+ yrs in core SAP ABAP
- At least 3 E2E implementations
- Experience working on SAP ABAP Finance objects in manufacturing environments, covering business functions and integration points with other modules
- Strong experience in RICEF object development, especially FI objects
- Excellent experience in S/4, CDS, Module Pools, classical ABAP, and OO-ABAP
- Good understanding of SAP integration and data flow concepts between modules
- Experience with SAP upgrades, migrations, or S/4 conversions
- Knowledge of SAP best practices and clean-core extensibility
- Exposure to automations, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Joule / AI-enabled SAP capabilities
- Project experience in implementation, upgrade, support, and enhancement
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience as part of a scrum team
