About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support implementation and post-go-live activities for SAP FICO
- Gather and document business requirements and map them to SAP functionalities
- Configure and test SAP FICO modules, including GL, AR, AP, AA, and CO submodules
- Assist in integration with MM and SD modules
- Troubleshoot issues and provide functional support to end-users
- Participate in data migration, testing, and cutover activities
- Create user manuals and conduct training sessions
- Support audit, reconciliation, and month-end closing processes
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements, configure solutions, test, and provide day-to-day support for FICO processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–7 years of SAP FICO experience with at least 1 full implementation cycle
- Strong understanding of financial postings, cost centers, and internal orders
- Knowledge of integration with MM and SD modules
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred)
- SAP Certification in FICO (preferred)
- Experience with report development tools, including Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud (preferred)
- Exposure to financial closing cockpit or automation tools (preferred)
