About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide client support services across SAP Ariba modules
- Collaborate with users in various locations to define, deliver, and support IT-enabled business solutions for Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Procurement
- Determine business needs and design and deliver technical solutions
- Manage master data in SAP Ariba
- Create and modify templates for Sourcing, Contract Management, and SLP
- Support Sourcing projects
- Manage advanced sourcing events
- Support Contract Management projects
- Support Supplier Management projects
- Support Supplier Performance projects
- Administer SM
- Manage questionnaires
- Support SLP integration with MDG-S
- Manage Strategic Sourcing Suite libraries
- Support SAP Ariba Commerce Automation
- Integrate SAP Ariba solution modules with ERP
- Configure ERP systems related to Ariba
- Track documents and troubleshoot issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of work experience in SAP
- Work on at least one Ariba implementation project
- Experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing
- Experience with SAP Ariba Contract Management
- Experience with SAP Ariba SLP
- Experience with SAP Ariba Commerce Automation
- Experience preparing Functional Specification Documents, Configuration documents, Test Scenarios, and Test Scripts
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good team player
- Familiarity with basic Procurement and Supply Chain business processes
- Experience handling technical and functional support issues
