Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business problems and gather requirements
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and designs
Lead end-to-end implementation using SQL, Snowflake, Excel, and PowerPoint
Develop data models, analytics, reports, and business logic
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports
Create DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and interactive visualizations
Take ownership and accountability of end-to-end individual asks
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and adoption of new technologies
Follow Agile methodologies and maintain a client-first, collaborative approach

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–2 years of experience
Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with data modeling, analytics, reporting, and business logic development
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
Experience with DAX measures and Power Query transformations
Experience creating interactive visualizations
Ability to understand business problems and gather requirements
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and designs
Experience following Agile methodologies
Strong client-first and collaborative mindset
Prior experience working with the Pharma domain is a plus
