About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and update codes on the CDID application
- Resolve production issues
- Deliver business insights
- Develop solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, and Python
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data models
- Build and optimize Power Query transformations and DAX measures
- Optimize report performance
- Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate
- Develop Python-based solutions for data processing, automation, and analysis
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other enterprise systems
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality and production issues
- Perform data validation, root cause analysis, and data corrections
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting and automation solutions
- Ensure operational stability, data accuracy, and continuous process improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Digital Operations Support, Power BI, or Power Platform development
- Good proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, automation, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling
- Experience with Power Automate workflow development and integrations
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, and production support environments
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and cloud-based data sources
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
