About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead workshops to understand business needs
Perform fit-gap analysis
Map current finance processes to Oracle best practices
Set up and configure General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and other core modules
Create functional specifications and develop test scripts
Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
Assist with mapping, validating, and reconciling data during system cutovers and legacy migrations
Provide post-go-live production support
Troubleshoot functional issues
Conduct end-user training
Implement, customize, and support Oracle Cloud applications
Configure and support Oracle EBS and Cloud Financial modules based on business requirements
Ensure systems accurately manage critical accounting and reporting processes
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and support resolution
Communicate and present complex ideas and data to internal and external stakeholders
Drive customer relationships and support successful project delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance/commerce (B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com), or a related field
Typically, 6 to 8+ years of experience in EBS & ERP implementation, specifically Oracle EBS Finance
Proven completion of at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations
Active Oracle Cloud Certification for relevant modules is highly preferred
Familiarity with data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi)
Familiarity with reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
Understanding of integration concepts and Redwood UI
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Strong ownership and accountability mindset
Ability to adapt to changing environments
Ability to collaborate across teams
Customer relationship and executive customer discovery skills
Ability to communicate and present complex ideas, information, and data to broad stakeholder groups
