About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement, customize, and support Oracle Cloud applications
Bridge business needs and system architecture
Configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules based on business requirements
Ensure ERP systems accurately manage accounting and reporting processes
Lead workshops to understand business needs
Perform fit-gap analysis and map finance processes to Oracle best practices
Configure General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules
Create functional specifications and develop test scripts
Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
Assist with mapping, validating, and reconciling data during system cutovers and legacy migrations
Provide post-go-live production support
Troubleshoot functional issues
Conduct end-user training
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and support resolution
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
Manage customer relationships with a long-term focus
Communicate and present complex ideas, information, and data to stakeholders
Drive results and help resolve stakeholder conflicts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
10+ years of experience stated for the role
Typically 6 to 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation, specifically Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud
Proven completion of at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations
Active Oracle Cloud Certification for relevant modules is highly preferred
Familiarity with data migration tools FBDI and ADFdi
Familiarity with reporting tools OTBI and BI Publisher
Understanding of integration concepts
Understanding of Redwood UI
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Strong ownership and accountability mindset
Ability to identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively support resolution
