About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and configure Reltio data models, including entity types, attributes, relationships, and reference data
  • Build and customize match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and validation logic
  • Develop integrations using Reltio REST APIs, Reltio Integration Hub, and event-driven mechanisms such as Reltio Connect and Kafka
  • Write and maintain custom JavaScript or similar scripts for Reltio workflows, business rules, and data transformations
  • Build and support batch and real-time data loads into Reltio using ETL/integration tools
  • Develop and maintain Reltio workflows, RIH pipelines, match rules, and survivorship configurations
  • Troubleshoot data quality issues
  • Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to translate data requirements into technical Reltio configurations
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
  • Support data migration activities, including data mapping, profiling, and cleansing
  • Maintain technical documentation
  • Provide L2/L3 production support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6–8 years of hands-on Reltio MDM development experience
  • Strong knowledge of Reltio core concepts: entities, relationships, match & merge, survivorship, hierarchies, and data models
  • Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and integration development
  • Experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), Reltio Console, and Reltio workflow/business rules engine
  • Scripting experience in JavaScript or Python for custom Reltio logic
  • Familiarity with at least one ETL/integration platform (GCP, Informatica, or Kafka etc.)
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational/NoSQL databases
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data management principles
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices is a plus
  • Reltio certification(s) preferred
  • Experience in Manufacturing, healthcare, retail, or financial services domains preferred
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
  • Familiarity with data privacy/compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA) as they relate to MDM preferred
