About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a servant leader by removing impediments and enabling team productivity
- Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and Agile metrics
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on project goals and deliverables
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive timely resolution
- Promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Support release planning and adherence to Agile best practices
- Facilitate communication among business stakeholders, product management, and technical teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and Kanban
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for multiple Scrum teams
- Hands-on experience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience tracking Agile KPIs, sprint metrics, and team performance
- Ability to identify and resolve impediments and manage team dynamics effectively
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile environments preferred
- Exposure to DevOps and Agile transformation initiatives preferred
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD practices preferred
- Experience working with distributed/global teams nice to have
- Knowledge of SAFe, Lean Agile, or Scaled Scrum practices nice to have
- Prior experience in IT services, product organizations, or digital transformation programs nice to have
