About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO solution architecture and design
- Conduct business process workshops and fit-gap assessments
- Define global template and localization requirements
- Design and govern GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, COPA, and Product Costing processes
- Drive integration with SD, MM, PP, Treasury, Tax, Banking, and third-party systems
- Review functional specifications and solution designs
- Support data migration strategy and reconciliation activities
- Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live planning
- Provide architectural governance and quality assurance
- Mentor consultants and support stakeholder management
Requirements
What you’ll need- SAP S/4HANA Finance
- General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting
- Cost and Profitability Management
- Integration Design
- Global Template Design
- Stakeholder Management
- Leadership and Delivery Governance
- 12+ years of SAP experience
- At least 3 years in Solution Architect or Lead Architect roles
- Experience in global rollouts, transformations, carve-outs, and greenfield implementations preferred
