About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery
- Manage Data Engineering and Data Platform projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define scope, timelines, and priorities
- Coordinate with architects, SMEs, and development teams to create WBS and effort estimates
- Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, resources, and deliverables
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track project progress
- Monitor project health and provide regular stakeholder updates
- Support testing, releases, and quality assurance activities
- Drive issue resolution and continuous process improvement
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to drive project planning, estimation, execution, and delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10–12 years of experience stated for the role
- 6–8 years of experience in IT/Technical Project Management
- Experience managing Data and Integration projects
- Good understanding of databases, cloud platforms, and back-end systems
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery
- Experience in project estimation, WBS creation, and resource planning
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Working exposure to API Development projects
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and MS Project
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Certifications listed: ICP-ACC, CSM/PSM-I
- Ability to apply Agile methodologies in real-world scenarios
- Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and meetings
- Ability to use Agile tools to manage Agile projects
- Ability to apply Agile technical practices to support project delivery
