About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead functional support for Coupa and Guided Buying
- Manage escalations and ensure smooth daily procurement operations
- Troubleshoot workflow failures, catalog issues, approval logic gaps, and data mismatches
- Drive durable fixes for complex procurement system issues
- Lead continuous process improvement projects to reduce cycle time, eliminate waste, and streamline procurement workflows
- Design, test, and deploy AI agents to automate repetitive procurement tasks and enhance Guided Buying experiences
- Analyze spend data, supplier performance, and workflow analytics to recommend improvements
- Partner with procurement, sourcing, IT, finance, and compliance teams
- Identify gaps, propose solutions, and execute improvements with minimal direction
- Create SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials for global procurement users
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–8 years of procurement operations, procurement systems, or supply chain technology experience
- Strong functional expertise in Coupa, Guided Buy, or similar procurement platforms
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex workflow issues and lead resolution efforts
- Demonstrated success delivering continuous process improvement initiatives with measurable impact
- Hands-on experience with AI agent building, automation tools, or intelligent workflow design
- Strong communication skills and a user-centric mindset
- High learning agility and comfort adopting new technologies quickly
- Deep understanding of P2P workflows, sourcing processes, supplier management, and catalog governance
- Experience with workflow rules, approval chains, data validation, and compliance controls
- Familiarity with analytics, dashboards, and operational reporting
- Ability to translate business needs into system logic or AI agent behavior
