About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and implement customizations in Dynamics 365 CRM, including forms, business rules, workflows, and plugins
Configure and manage Project Operations modules for project management, resource scheduling, and billing
Set up and troubleshoot Dual Write for real-time synchronization between Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations
Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript and CSS
Build and optimize Power Automate Flows for business-process automation
Implement data integration batch jobs and ensure data integrity using SQL and Dataverse
Integrate CRM with Power BI, Finance & Operations, and Power Apps
Manage DevOps pipelines for CI/CD in Dynamics 365 environments
Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Microsoft Certifications PL-200, PL-400, MB-200/240 preferred or equivalent experience
Proven hands-on experience with Project Operations, Dual Write, JavaScript, CSS, Workflows, Power Automate Flows, Plugins, Business Rules, Forms, Data Integration Batch Jobs, SQL, Dataverse, DevOps, and Integration Modules
Expert proficiency in Project Operations, Power Automate Flows, Plugins, Forms, and Dataverse
Advanced proficiency in Dual Write, JavaScript, Workflows, Business Rules, Data Integration Batch Jobs, and DevOps
Intermediate proficiency in CSS, SQL, and Integration Modules
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in agile environments
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) preferred
Knowledge of Azure services for integrations preferred
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations preferred
