About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide end-to-end functional delivery across Dynamics 365 Finance modules
Conduct functional consulting, requirement gathering, and requirement workshops
Document business processes, including BRD, FRD, GAP-Fit, and process flows
Translate business needs into D365 Finance functional configurations
Prepare UAT test cases, guide users, and validate test results
Train end users and create training materials
Work with the Project Manager, development team, and business SMEs

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in D365 Finance/AX
Experience conducting workshops and gathering requirements
Experience with solution configuration, testing support, user training, and assisting with deployments
Experience documenting business processes, including BRD, FRD, GAP-Fit, and process flows
Hands-on functional ownership of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting & Cost Accounting, Credit & Collections, Financial Dimensions, Workflows, and Posting Profiles
Strong understanding of IFRS and basic accounting principles
Understanding of multi-company and multi-currency processes
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills
