About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
  • Deliver new integration developments and enhancements across SuccessFactors and connected enterprise systems
  • Analyze and optimize existing integrations for reliability, performance, maintainability, and monitoring
  • Translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions with business analysts and application teams
  • Develop and maintain reusable integration patterns, best practices, and technical standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues, interface failures, and performance bottlenecks
  • Create and maintain technical design documents, interface specifications, support documentation, and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture, HR technology, and application teams on future-state integration architectures
  • Contribute to integration design, build, testing, and deployment for the SAP S/4HANA implementation program
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7–10 years of experience required
  • 7+ years of SAP integration experience
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite development
  • Strong experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ERP/S4HANA, and third-party cloud applications
  • Proven experience designing and developing Integration Flows (iFlows)
  • Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, RFC, SFTP, and API-based integrations
  • Experience with message mapping, transformation, XML, JSON, XSLT, and Groovy scripting
  • Working knowledge of Java for complex integration requirements and custom development
  • Experience with integration monitoring, error handling, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Ability to work independently with business and technical stakeholders in a global environment
  • Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or S/4HANA implementation programs is highly preferred
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and HR integrations
  • Experience migrating integrations from SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP services and API Management
  • Experience with enterprise integration governance, security, and architecture standards
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure integration services is a plus
