About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand business and user requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Define user journeys, navigation, layouts, and interaction patterns
- Apply user-centered design principles, visual design, typography, color, and layout standards
- Design responsive and accessible interfaces across web and business applications
- Conduct usability reviews and continuously improve user experience
- Maintain reusable UI components and design standards
- Develop responsive and scalable UI components using Angular or React
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional frontend applications
- Integrate frontend interfaces with APIs, workflows, and backend services
- Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility and performance
- Design and develop interfaces and forms using Bizagi, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps, and UiPath Apps
- Support workflow-driven applications and business process solutions
- Design forms, dashboards, approval screens, and task interfaces
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX teams, business analysts, developers, and automation engineers
- Participate in requirement discussions, design reviews, demos, and UAT
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders
- Identify usability challenges and recommend practical solutions
- Establish common UI/UX standards across low-code and automation solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong hands-on experience in UI/UX design and frontend development
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability
- Proficiency in Angular or React
- Experience designing responsive web applications
- Understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration
- Experience supporting applications built on Bizagi, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps, and/or UiPath Apps
- Ability to design workflow-driven and automation-friendly interfaces
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience
- Experience with design systems and reusable UI component libraries
- Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design standards
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and design validation
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web/application UI/UX design and development experience
