About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce test cases for detailed and high-level requirements
- Execute manual testing across multiple web browsers and devices
- Create and maintain automated test scripts
- Perform post-migration smoke testing
- Assess the impact of software defects accurately
- Validate detailed requirements for testability
- Work successfully within an iterative SDLC environment
- Translate business and technical requirements into functional test plans
- Adhere to IS Department and project team policies and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience
- Overall 5+ years of experience designing and executing test cases
- 2+ years of experience in automation testing
- Experience with testing applications using an offshore-onsite delivery model
- 4-year degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Familiarity with MDM solutions
- Experience in Master Data Management, Web Commerce, or ERP/SAP is a plus
- SAP and API testing knowledge is good to have
- Playwright knowledge is good to have
- Experience with Agile and Scrum projects is good to have
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Positive can-do attitude
- Strong problem-solving characteristics and ability to think outside the box
