About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration and transformation
  • Design and optimize data warehouse solutions using Snowflake
  • Write and tune complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations
  • Implement data models, fact/dimension tables, and SCD frameworks
  • Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across data platforms
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize ETL workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Strong SQL development and query optimization experience with SQL Server and Snowflake
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and cloud data platforms
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, including Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and SCD
  • Experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering best practices and performance tuning
  • Experience with source-to-target mapping and data validation
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Notebooks, Pipelines, and OneLake
  • Experience developing and optimizing Power BI dashboards, semantic models, DAX measures, and reports
  • Knowledge of Fabric-Snowflake integration and modern analytics architectures
  • Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Azure Data Factory (ADF)
  • Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms
