About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement automation solutions to optimize clients' business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots
- Design, develop, and maintain UiPath automation solutions for specific business needs
- Develop comprehensive testing plans and thoroughly test RPA bots for accuracy, reliability, and robustness
- Use UiPath Orchestrator to deploy RPA solutions to production
- Monitor RPA solution performance and promptly address issues
- Create documentation including design specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides using the UiPath PSDD template
- Stay current with RPA and automation trends and recommend process improvements
- Work with business analysts, project managers, and software developers to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8-12 years of experience
- Proven experience as an RPA lead Developer
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Document Understanding, Communications Mining, AI Center, Action Center, AI/ML, Modern activities with Object Repository, and other advanced UiPath features (mandatory)
- Experience with UiPath Studio 2022 version or above preferred
- Programming skills in C#, Python, or Java are a plus
- Proficiency in process analysis, workflow design, and process automation
- Experience with RPA deployment, monitoring, and maintenance using UiPath
- Microsoft Power Automate experience is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with version control systems and software development best practices
- UiPath Agentic Automation Developer, UiSAIA, UiADP, and AI Certified certifications are required
- Microsoft Power Automate certification is a plus
