About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and facilitate payment of operational and merchant transactions
- Assist with reconciliation of commercial trades and related transactional activity
- Review and reconcile digital asset/crypto withdrawals
- Facilitate timely and accurate processing of fiat currency payments requested by the Commercial team
- Remain on standby to process fiat payments after standard working hours
- Assist the Commercial team in managing expectations regarding timely payment processing
- Provide feedback on inefficient payment processes
- Assist the Treasury function with liquidity management
- Manage transactional queries with service providers on an ongoing ad hoc basis
- Assist with RFI requests on payment transactions
- Assist with travel rule-related queries and submissions
- Assist with digital asset transactions, including loading and review
- Gather information from different sources using effective research tools
- Adapt to a changing work environment
- Continuously maintain and improve templates and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate extensively with Commercial, Finance, and other key stakeholders
- In the first 30 days, familiarize yourself with company culture, values, processes, and banking platforms; engage with Finance and Commercial teams; and address payment-operation issues or bottlenecks
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years' experience in payments review and processing, with good attention to detail
- 3+ years' experience working with foreign currencies
- Understanding of processing payments in local and foreign currencies
- Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge and understanding of virtual assets
- Preferably available immediately
